Fuhgetaboudit is our food truck twist on the meatball hero. Our meatballs are homemade, and once you’ve had amazing homemade meatballs, you’ll never settle for less again. You know those frozen meatballs you see in the freezer aisle? Yeah…we don’t shop down that aisle. We make the good stuff for you because we appreciate the good stuff, and so will you. Don’t let the dark crisp grilled look on the outside fool you. Our meatballs remain tender. They’re browned on the outside for extra flavor, and then cooked slowly so that the inside is fully cooked through, yet tender.
We then make rosemary (garlic) panini bread. We use sourdough bread, buttered, topped with organic garlic powder and crushed rosemary. They’re panini pressed, leaving them crisp and buttery. The bottom pieces soak up the sauce making a flavor packed bite with a softer chew, and the top pieces remain crunchy.
This dish is topped with homemade marinara sauce. It’s all in the sauce, baby, and our sauce delivers. We lightly top this dish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Our Fuhgetaboudit fully delivers, whether it’s lunch time or dinner time. Frozen processed meatballs? Fuhgetaboudit!
