The Saucy Italian NY is now offering chili dogs and chili cheese dogs. Why, you ask? We say to that…Why not?! We still have plenty of Italian-American food for your eating enjoyment. There’s always room for a good dog.

We are at 4506 State Hwy 5 between Fonda and Palatine. 4 1/2 miles west of kateri shrine and about 1/4 mile east of fire training station. Tues-Fri 11:30 am – 6:30 pm, as well as most Saturdays from noon-6:30 pm. Just call us when you want to come by on a Saturday, just to make sure we’re not catering a special event.

As our customer base has been growing quickly, we’ve decided to accommodate you further by being open on “most” Saturdays. Yes, “most” Saturdays. Once in a while, we may cater a special event on a Saturday. Simply give us a quick call at 518.506.1559 to make sure we’re open on a particular Saturday. Saturday hours are noon-6:30 pm

Come by this Father’s Day weekend on Saturday, June 17th. We’ll have lots of great food, music, a free drawing to win a free meal, and Dad’s get a free meatball slider with any purchase this Saturday.

Our latest addition to The Saucy Italian NY menu. Introducing our Chicken Parm Sandwich. A food truck-style take on Chicken Parmesan. Breaded white meat chicken, topped with provolone cheese and marinara sauce; Served on a lightly toasted roll. Really delicious. 5.99

Father’s Day Weekend

Syracuse Food Truck and Craft Beer Fest

The Saucy Italian NY feeds a lot of hungry bellies at the Annual Syracuse Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival on May 14, 2017.

The morning started out with rain and winds. However, within about an hour, the sun starting to shine and it was go time!! Turned out to be a nice day, and the lines started to form. We stayed busy and fed a lot of people.

It’s good to be back on home base in Fonda. I do love living in the country, so it was nice to come home to peace and quiet. Maybe we’ll see you next year, Syracuse. Until then…

Peace in the Park & The Saucy Italian NY

The Saucy Italian NY provided food for Peace in the Park at Myers Park in Herkimer on May 6, sponsored by the Domestic Violence Program of Herkimer County.

There was live music, food vendors, family activities, crafts for kids, and an art contest for local youth artists. Folks braved the rainy weather and made the effort to come on out anyway.
